1: Ordering On Line via our Secure Server
The easiest and quickest way to order from our Chamber Music and Redmark Compact Disc Catalogs is to simply Click on the Add to Cart button associated with each item that you would like to purchase.
After choosing all of your items click on Review Shopping Cart and follow the instructions on the Shopping Cart page making sure that you fill in all of the required fields. When you have finished click on the Submit Sale for Processing button. You will then get an Order Summary page.
On the Order Summary page please review your order carefully, checking to make sure that each item you see is correct. You can always click on the Make Changes button if you would like to add or remove items. You can also click on any individual item to make sure that it's exactly what you want. It is linked back to the catalog so you can double check there.
Check to see that your address, e-mail, apartment number and zip code are all correct. Even the slightest error can cause delay, and in the case of UPS and Fed Ex always results in a penalty charge. Any penalty charges incurred by us because of errors made by you will be charged to your credit card. The post office (USPS) has been known to have packages floating around in their system for months because of a slightly wrong Zip code or missing apartment number. So please, make sure that you double check everything before clicking on the Submit button.
Check your credit card information carefully. Be sure both the card number and the expiration date are correct.
When you are sure everything is correct click on the Submit Sale for Processing button. Your order will be processed via our Secure Server. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation, sent to the e-mail address that you provided, so be sure that it is not only correct, but also one that you check frequently.
Please Note: Printed Music and opened CDs are not returnable.
Unopened CDs may be returned but will incur a 25% restocking charge.

2: Ordering via Fax or E-mail
You may order by Fax or E-Mail. All orders must include the following information to be processed:
- Full name (as it appears on your credit card)
- Shipping address (street address required for UPS)
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Credit card number and expiration date
- Shipping instructions
When ordering by fax please type or print legibly all information using a large font and set your Fax machine to send via High Quality. You can speed the processing of your order by listing selections in the order found in the catalog.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Master Card or Visa
All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
International Customers please note:
If you have an Interbank Credit Card (Visa or Master Card in the USA) we strongly recommend that you use it, especially on orders outside the U.S. You will save on bank charges and also get the best rate of exchange.
Within the United States
Ground: Unless otherwise requested we will ship via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) or UPS Ground service. For UPS we must have a street address - no box numbers. If a box number is indicated we will ship via USPS.
Please add $8.85 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item.
Express Services: For faster shipping we also use UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services. If you wish one of these premium services please indicate in the Comments field which you would like, keeping in mind that the faster the service the more expensive it will be. You will be charged additional shipping charges depending on which service you choose.
Rates will be determined when orders are received. Rates and services vary depending on the Country, type of service, value of packages and weight. We will quote you the exact shipping charges at the time of your order.
